As I wasn’t allowed to get through Belgium border control for the UK without ordering from this website, I had to pay £25 for this test and the service to log a LFT 2 days after travel. The kit is exactly the same as the kits I’ve already got waiting at home; the app will take all your personal info and then won’t let you log your result, with no way of registering against your passenger locator form. Utter waste of money and completely useless. How is anyone tracking passenger arrivals to the UK and Covid status with this system in place? I’d ask for a refund but there are no contact details available.

I saw all the bad reviews and thought it may be a disaster but it actually all worked ok for me. There are a couple of major improvements that can be made to ensure that all the data you enter for address details etc is automatically available to populate fields when you are uploading a test. But registration and then the uploading and scanning of the test all went fine and I had the certificate back with an hour. Definitely could do with upgrading but otherwise no complaints.

When I came to download the app, I was mortified to see the low ratings. However, I proceeded to download so I could upload my results. I agree that the process is annoying, hence why I’ve dropped a star, but it was pretty quick and straightforward for me personally. Results/certificate was emailed to me in less than 30 minutes, which is great. It’s only for day 2 so I wasn’t particularly in a rush to get the result, but good to know if I ever need it, it’s there.
