Scamming

Human being 1993
They are scamming through there app now. They clearly said that they are giving 25% discount if you buy first time through the app. When i try to buy first time through the app, it does not give me any discount. I also showed my slip to the shop as well and they said that we are sorry. We can’t do anything about this matter. It will show you that how much discount you are getting but when you go for the payment, it will not give you a discount. Very disappointed 😡

They are scamming through there app now. Downloaded the app at Brighton Chaiiwala to get A free karak chai. Minimum order of £10 is required for the voucher to apply. Sadly the person at the till didn’t give us the free chai even though it was appearing on our order list. Sad and disappointing.

The tier systems makes no sense for one - no rewards when you move up. To top it off the tier will be reset 1/01. Why?? From gold down to bronze in one fell swoop. The app doesn’t take Amex which is pathetic, as the stores do. The menu on the app doesn’t correspond to normal menu options. Eg desi breakfast gives you no option to make the chai large on the app. It gives you no real reason to use the app. You barely get rewards and when you do they decide to reset it. What’s the point?? Have a rewards systems which functions and make it more user friendly.

Include apple pay payments, theres currently no option to save cards. Constantly having to type in card information. More app based offers please. And stop with the loyalty resets.I repeat, from the response I received, NO! There is NO way to save card details and there is no APPLE PAY compatibility, look into this again. I have tried every single way. Reducing my rating for the ignorant response.
