Could do better

After doing all the checks and getting ready, booking a ticket on an early train to arrive in time for 11am matches, we received an arrival time of 1215. Pretty unhelpful.

From the train station by bus, we arrived and had to work out what was going on. We walked half a mile up and around a bend and joined a queue. Waited nearly an hour whilst we crept forward inky to be queue barged by new arrivals. When the steward was challenged he said he was doing his best and was all alone.
No coordination.
Then half an hour after, some guest mentioned centre court tickets should go to gate 13. No one official. More stewards standing idly waiting for cars that were few and far between than dealing with swarms of people descending as directed onto Wimbledon.

May I suggest that you remove arrival times thus offering the whole morning for people to arrive and therefore spreading them out.
May I suggest more gates are opened to allow for faster processing.
Perhaps stewards boarding buses and telling new arrivals the gates they need to go to.

Chaotic and more is expected if Wimbledon.

Once inside, great tennis, grounds and stewards who knew their stuff.
Proper British good stuff.

Good, but not perfect

A good looking app, with a more thoughtful UI than the other tennis Grand Slam apps. I particularly like the ability to tap on a name or player photo in almost any view to be taken to their details page. The use of the stock video player is also better than the other apps (usually horrible) proprietary players, and I like the adoption of 3D Touch shortcuts on the app icon (although why not have Order of Play)

The live score details are sometimes slow to update, though, even when I have a good data connection, and it would be nice not to get double notifications when both players in a match are favourites

A couple of suggestions: have some current match scores on the home page, to save an extra tap/swipe to the 'scores' page; have several stock photos for the homepage that could update to show current weather conditions

No mention of the Wingfield closing at 5

Why is it not mentioned anywhere that the Wingfield shuts for afternoon tea at 5?
I was lucky enough to get tickets through the ballot this year. I took my daughter with a view to having afternoon tea after watching the second match of the day. We got to the Wingfield at 5:10 only to be told it was closed! Why is this not stated in any of the information booklets or on the website? It clearly states what time afternoon begins everywhere!
I’d have ordered the picnic had I know that there was only a one and a half hour window of availability!
Spoilt an otherwise amazing experience.
