It's more accountable because it cannot be edited or tampered with, so it delivers a certainty. More informative because it uses video and graphics rather than photos and text, and video with voice-over is the best way to explain an issue or defect. And easier to use because no text inputting is needed, just click and record. And the report pages can be assessed in seconds, by glancing at the graphics - no heavy or indecipherable text to read.
