Do you own, rent or manage holiday properties? Check-in Scan is the app that will make your guest´s registration process a breeze.
Sending your guest´s details to the police and keeping a record of the parte de entrada de viajeros or “check-in registration forms” are an important security measure required by law. At Check-in Scan we understand how time consuming it can be to collect the guest ID details, get them to sign the parte de entrada de viajeros and then send them to the police within 24 hours of arrival (Guardia Civil hospederias, National Police Webpol, Mossos d’Esquadra and Ertzaintza)
With Check-in Scan, you can capture your guest´s Spanish DNI, Passport or ID card in a secure way, as well as their signature and send their details to the police. What´s more, it creates the obligatory “parte de entrada and libro de registro” which you can download and print for your records.

Quick and Easy
We have been using Check-in Scan for a few weeks now and are really pleased with it. Once we had registered at the Guardia office and received our log in details and synced them with the app, the software was and is so easy to use. We simply scan our guests passports or ID cards using the camera on our phones and the software captures all the details automatically and then our guests, using their finger as a pen, sign to confirm everything is correct. The details are then sent automatically to the Guardia Civil.
We meet all our guests but I also know that as an owner, if you cannot be around to meet your guests, there is an option for your guests to go online and complete the details themselves.
For us it has meant that we are meeting our legal obligation and the process is stress free but also we feel it provides an extremely professional check in procedure.

Perfect solution
We were very concerned about how to check in our guest. But since we have subscribed to check in scan all the worries have gone. So far two sets of guest have checked in with no problem whatsoever. It’s a relief to have the problem of encryption taken over for us.
Daniel was extremely helpful and talked us through the setup, which was a lot easier then we expected.
We have told our caretakers in Spain and they have in turn been telling all there clients about it.
We would highly recommend it to anyone who rents their property.

Brilliant!
I’m all for making life easier and this app does exactly that! From my first contact with the company, my experience has only been positive. Both Stephanie and then Ione were amazingly helpful and supportive. They went out of their way to walk me through the process of registering all my details and made phone calls and enquiries on my behalf because my Spanish isn’t good. Using the app itself is SO easy and quick and it’s reassuring to know I’m adhering to all the rules and regulations legally required. Great company and great app! Thank you! Highly recommend 👍
