Bad app and charges for orders is does not place
Tried to order twice and each time it crashed at final stage. Next thing I know it’s charging me twice for the order it has not placed. Crap app full of bugs
Where’s the menu????
Just downloaded the app to find that there’s no way of looking at the menu!! On a restaurant app!! Maybe it’s because the restaurants aren’t open yet but that’s no excuse. You have one purpose - to cook and sell food. You’d think you’d at least want to tell potential punters what you’re selling and for how much.
To think that some muppet got paid to produce this app - not only that, the brains at Chipotle saw the app and thought “Good job lets get it out there”
This app is horrible
Spent 10 minutes adding card info into the system, confirmed order, order said it will be ready at 13:30, typed in pin to confirm order through bank, and after walking 15 minutes to the chipotle location I notice the app never charged me or placed the order. Tbh idc if it took my money or not, this has to be the biggest waste of my time.
