Ratings and Reviews
Great
I love these games, not that they are games they are in reality varied interactive books. It’s perfect for mobile and I think the mobile and writing industries are slow to develop novels this way.
My only negative is the pricing, some novellas are very short and simply not worth full price. Always look at the word count in the description before paying, needs usually to be above 250k words for me. The app has chapters free which is a great improvement as you can judge the narrative/writers style first, which was a problem before the app.
I do think choices and their writers deserve support, and I hope in time the market will catch up and we will have many long full novels that benefit writers, readers and education.
Couldn’t be better tbh
I don’t know who wrote these but well done to whoever did, wether it be people going solo or a huge team on the job, well done. The true creativity that goes in is really noticeable and the vocabulary is varied, I don’t have the money to spend on the books...or whatever they’re classed as, but the free ones (I think there’s like 6 or so) are incredible, they end sooner than I hoped but I’m not complaining, there’s a good selection. I’m happy with the app. I originally found it by somehow scrolling through the App Store a while ago and finding the individual stories that were their own apps and then cam across the app with all of them in and was too happy to not download it, guess what I’m saying is if you like reading and kind of playing, then download it. Of course you may have to pay at some point but it’s not surprising considering.
At he end of the day download it and see what you think.
Fun Stories and Great Reading
This app lets you read through great stories, with multiple choices that affect the outcome greatly. A lot of choices have an impact and each time you read through a story you can get one of many different outcomes. It’s worth rereading stories to try different approaches to characters and interactions. The inclusivity in choosing a characters own identity is great along with friends and love interests and it leaves things quite open wether you pursue romance or not along with how the story flows with this.
It’s great for casual reading, and the prices are quite good for what you get, it’s worth a try even reading the first few chapters and seeing if you get hooked.
