Better than “traditional” Hypnobirthing apps
I have used this app since finding (early on) that I was pregnant.
The tracks and scriptures etc helped me through hyperemesis, insomnia, and other complications in my pregnancy. I am currently 37+3 weeks and I feel both prepared and ‘ready’ for baby now.
This app will forever be my favourite birth preparation app, and I can’t wait to use it during the big day. I found it much more useful and relatable to traditional Hypnobirthing apps. Having a heart arrhythmia, breathing techniques and focus on up/down breathing stresses me out and draws attention to the irregularity of my heart - this app has helped me fully relax and zone out, whilst being in tune with God and my body at the same time! I have recommended it to a lot of people and will continue to do so after birth.

Thank you so much for making this app. It was a game changer for me during my twin birth. Will all the stress going on around me, I was able to plug in and get in the zone. It also helped me through my more recent single birth. I found other hypnobirthing tracks helpful but they often included things which were jarring to me as a Christian. This was exactly the right thing for getting me through birth from a Christian perspective. God’s word is relevant and powerful. Have recommended to various friends.
Great app!
Having done quite a few hypnobirthing courses I was missing the mention of Jesus and the inclusion of faith into the ‘teachings’. This app totally fills the gap and offers great tracks to listen to in preparation for birth. As well as positive birth stories to bring Hope and inspire a positive experience. It’s a shame not many Christians I know are open to this and there still seems to be a stigma around the world ‘hypnobirthing’. Thankfully we are made in God’s image; creative beings, with a creative mind that can take us places. I am hoping I can take some of the powerful Spirit-led tools from the app on the day of my baby’s birth. Tara who created the app is very friendly and responsive on email!
