As indicated in the description, this app is for special effects works that requires replacing the screen of a device that is being recorded by a camera. The app makes that job easier for post-production. Nowhere appear the “editor” word so, obviously the app isn’t an editor and isn’t a Scam. Just read the description.
If it is not what you expected, you can request a refund, but this evaluation is not necessary since there are 20 other reviews that appreciate the app.
