Description
Circles Film is the availability and productivity app for the Film, TV & Advertising Industry.
Circles is a place where you can see who is available for work and get in touch with them all in-app. No need to monitor all the different pages, directories or chats. Circles Film allows you to connect with the entire industry and either find opportunities or crew.
Crew Features (App):
- Showcase your experience and availability 24/7
- Searchable job boards for all level of jobs
- Invite in friends and recommend job posts with them
- Direct Messaging system to discuss jobs with friends or terms with employers
- Post your own job offers and monitor candidates
Employer Features:
- Job posts to a wide range of candidates
- Tag your favourite crew for easy availability checks
- Discuss job details on direct messaging
- Confirm crew within the app to release their personal details
- Crew dashboard (web only) will allow you to manage the whole process for the whole shoot. Batch post jobs to crew up in minutes as opposed to weeks. Perfect for advertising, 2nd unit and additional photography.

Got a job within two days of signing up!
I was sceptical but thought “what the hell!” and applied for three jobs on a Wednesday afternoon. By Friday I was hired. As it’s free to crew, and the jobs are real and current, I would recommend it as a main plank of any job hunting plan in the film industry. Keep it up!

‘Circles’ is ingenious - everything in one place and accessible for all in the industry already and for those making the step in or the step up. Definitely worth having (and it’s free!)
The future!
Circles has created a specific space to hunt for jobs which there was a distinct lack of prior. I feel this is going to prove an extremely useful tool!
