This is a terrible app. I have had so many issues with it. It doesn’t allow you to do smooth online transaction. Every time i have tried to pay online a pop up window comes up and asks you to only finalise paiement once you have agreed for paiement on app however when you go on app nothing comes up even when you have enabled notifications. It is really bad.

Going from bad to worse to useless
Citi seem to set a very low bar of service and keep under-delivering. The App, not the most user-friendly to begin, with keeps getting worse with each update. Initially I could have my 2 different account accessed through the App by switching back and forth. Now only one account is allowed. Why? Nobody has an answer. The help/search menu might as well not be there. It is the most primitive search engine and for every inquiry I’ve had it draws a blank. You invariably have to resort to calling the helpline which has very poor lines, often hang up on you or get disconnected. The most recent update is that instead of an OTP for 2-factor transaction authentication, they are supposed to be sending you an App notification. The problem is that notifications never arrive. It has rendered my debit cards virtually useless.
Technology is supposed to make things more efficient. Citi seemed to want to prove that the opposite is true. I would give zero star if that was a possible rating.
International transfer
The new mobile app is less than useless when it keeps failing to execute basic banking services. A true waste of time and energy when trying to send money internationally using swift. Entering all the information needed and yet getting sorry message, there is a problem try later. Bank could not care less because i received a tel call for authentication and yet no action. Is it the App or the bank system? Find no difference as the conception of using an app for online banking is defeated? I tried more than 20 times in two days to no avail. Enough is enough.
