Useful app for Citibank customers
Doesn't do what it's supposed to
After a bit of struggle registering for online banking, their system is rudimentary, it worked ok for checking balances.
Unfortunately it can't transfer between your own accounts, which is pretty important for anyone with a Citibank Vietnam account. The function for transfers is present, but the app never loads the screen, so you have to login via your web browser.
Useful & Easy to Use
Could be much better if we can add new payee via the app. Also, the One time single sign on is sometimes a little confusing to apply.
