Walking trip around St Sebastian/ Donostia with the superb Josu

We were guided around the old town of Donostia with our guide Josu who was the most knowledgable and passionate guide I have ever met. His historical education was not waisted on us as we were treated to fascinating facts on the town’s history and culture. In addition to providing detailed information on the culinary excellences of the city, he managed to weave in personal experiences of being born and growing up in the local region. A superb guide and a superb tour. Highly recommended.

Left alone in krakow after the salt mine tour

We entered the salt mines and stayed with our group all the time. Exiting the salt mines we stayed at the line to walk 15 min to the elevators. The group was split there. There is only one elevator, so the remaining members of the group were separated there by the staff. We finally exited the mines in a different place. We couldn’t find any bus or the guide. Somehow we managed to arrive back to the entrance of the mines, again no one was there. So we have been left without jackets cold at night in a different town. No one has even made the effort of contacting me. Horrible experience. The group was made part Italian part English. The Italians went 15 min first and they told us to rush to the bus because they were not good waiting.. not our fault, we only have followed all the indications. We don’t even know if we are ever to have our jackets back

The guides cannot keep an eye on everyone in the group, it is the participant's responsibility not to get lost and to be alert so as not to lose sight of them.
