They have dodgy providers in London

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with ClassPass and one of their beauty providers, Aesthetic Paris London. My scheduled appointment was abruptly canceled while I was already at the location, causing considerable inconvenience and frustration. Despite providing evidence of the cancellation occurring on the beauty provider’s end, ClassPass failed to acknowledge their responsibility and refused to compensate me for the lost time and effort. The customer support, led by Connor, offered no resolution beyond returning reservation credits, which is far from adequate given the circumstances. The lack of communication and accountability from both ClassPass and Aesthetic Paris London is unacceptable. This incident not only highlights the unreliability of ClassPass and its beauty providers but also sheds light on the company’s refusal to address customer grievances adequately. I strongly advise potential users to reconsider using ClassPass, as they have shown a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and fair treatment. In conclusion, my experience with ClassPass and Aesthetic Paris London was nothing short of a letdown, and I will certainly not be renewing my membership or recommending their services to anyone within my network.

Update: after this review, they ClassPass compensated me rightfully. It is just sad that I have to write it to get what I think was just fair. Thanks again!

Great selection of classes but App has some annoying issues

I love the selection of classes available in the app. It’s very easy to book and sign up is seamless.

On the other hand, there are a couple of issues that are extremely annoying but could easily be fixed:
- please fix deep linking, when I open an invite link, I really want it to open the app
- if deep linking is too much work, at least , for the love of god, please show the details of the class, time, location etc at the TOP of the share page… not half way through the page. Also, please remove all the other sections, I really only care about what class has been shared with me so I can just book it…. No need to read a whole pitch why classpass is so great.
- if I share class via link with someone, please don’t include the message “Hey, I’m going to 1Rebel, and I want you to come with me…” UNLESS I BOOKED THE CLASS…. it’s very annoying and frustrating to see it there all the time regardless if booking was made or not.
- just to emphasise, I’m gonna mention the share page again, please remove all the useless sections from it, only include the details of the class and a huge button so I can book it.

Cannot book classes, cannot spend vouchers,

I’ve had a really terrible experience of classpass lately. I bought a voucher last year by accident and was not allowed to ask for a refund (I asked within 10 minutes of purchase), and have finally come to spend the voucher. I was charged on my bank account though rather than the voucher, and they won’t refund me and charge the voucher. So I’ve lost even more money to them than I intended. I even suspected this would be an issue and was assured by support that my voucher would be charged, and it wasn’t. They won’t rectify this problem. Next, a class was cancelled on my free trial and credits didn’t come back. And then finally, there is a really bad bug online and in the app where I actually cannot even book any classes with my credits (it erroneously thinks I’m on a free trial which has ended, but I’ve actually paid (twice!! As above) for the subscription. So I can’t even spend the credits. I have reached out to support on the voucher issue twice. And I have reached out to an unhelpful bot, and also to a human support, on the issue of not being able to spend my credits. Neither have been resolved. The only reason I am still here is because I need to use this voucher up, but I will be stopping the service immediately after this and would not recommend to anyone else.
