Clean Me is a mobile car wash marketplace app that allows you to book a local mobile car valeter or detailer to come to a location of your choice. Through our app, customers can compare pricing of local mobile car washers, chat with them before committing to a booking and purchase a mobile car wash at a date and time of their choosing. How it works? - Tell us your location (only a postcode is needed) - Select your preferred service - Book a slot - Enjoy your nice clean car! A: Because we are a marketplace of mobile car valeters and detailers, we don’t set the pricing our operators do. This way our customers can see a range of prices from nearby car washers and can ensure that they are getting the best possible price for their mobile car wash. To see the pricing of mobile car washers in your area, download the app and add your location. Q: Do I need to provide parking? A:For the mobile car wash to take place the operator will require parking next to or in close proximity to your vehicle. This does not have to be on a driveway at your home, but can also be carried out on a public road as long as parking is available. Q: Do I have to provide water? A: The majority of our onboarded car washers will provide water for your valet or detail. However, there maybe some who will require access to water. Contact the washer you’ve booked through the chat function in the app to find out. Q: Do I have to provide electricity? A: The majority of our onboarded car washers will provide power for your valet or detail. However, there maybe some who will require access to electricity. Contact the washer you’ve booked through the chat function in the app to find out. Q: My booking has been cancelled. How do I get my money back? A: If a car washer has cancelled your booking with them, you will automatically be fully refunded. Please bear in mind, it may take 5-10 business days for funds to settle.
