Description
ATTENTION: Only for use in participating laundry locations.
CleanPay Mobile is an iPhone application providing the easiest and smartest complete laundry solution. This app allows you to pay for laundry cycles from your account by using Bluetooth to communicate with the washer or dryer.
Simply use CleanPay Mobile to purchase credit right from the app, then use that credit for your laundry. A full accounting is available to see your transaction purchase history.
• Scan the QR code of your laundry room (one time process)
• Start laundry machines via Bluetooth by scanning QR code on the machine
• Check your card/account balance, and add value to your account for laundry.
For participating laundry rooms, you can view machine availability as well as receive alerts when your laundry cycle is complete.

A great way to scam holidaymakers out of money
Like a previous reviewer, I had to download this app to do a single load of laundry on holiday.
The minimum I could load onto my account was $10, but a wash and dry costs far less than that.
So I have unspent money on the account that I won’t ever use again.
There is an option in the app to allegedly have money refunded, but the only option is to “refund to my mobile account”, whatever that means. Anyway, I submitted that request over a week ago and have heard nothing back…
There are no contact details so I can’t email customer services about it.
Which is a shame, because actually the app worked well in terms of paying for a washing machine etc.
Avoid. It’s a con
If you’re a tourist, you maybe forced to use this app at a hotel to clean you clothes.
To wash your clothes is $2 but this app forces you to make a minimum refill on your app of $10. So basically, you wash your clothes for $2 and then they keep the $8 dollars. It’s a con!!!
Doesn’t work for non US mobiles
Only works for US mobiles. Can’t contact anyone to offer any help.
Basically useless if your a visitor.
