Hmmm, not sure...

Two things about the app that I’m not convinced by. Firstly, day tickets on Bluestar cost a pound more if I were to buy through the app than if I paid cash on the bus. And secondly, I seem to be unable to do what I got the app for. The write up clearly states that it’s great for parents to help out by being able to buy tickets to gift to their children. I can see nowhere in the app that allows me to do this, or explains how I would go about it.

Hi Fourq2. Thank you for your rating. The app is the same price as the paper day tickets - there should be no difference here. To gift a ticket, simply purchase the ticket, find the ticket in your wallet, then go to the ticket details. From there, you can choose to transfer the ticket to another account. Convenient but...

Incredibly convenient being able to have my ticket on my phone instead of another card taking up a place in my wallet. But, I changed phones yesterday and downloaded the app onto my new phone, logged into my account and my ticket was not in the app. It said I had no active tickets and there was nothing in the wallet section. This is very annoying as I have to use this ticket 4-5 days a week and I don’t want to have to go and spend another £215 to get a new ticket seeing as I only bought the ticket last week! Please can I get this sorted ASAP! Would probably 5 stars if it wasn’t for this hiccup.

Hi Alfelion32. I'm sorry to hear that! This feature is intentional as it prevents fraud. You don't have to pay for another ticket, just simply give us a call on 01202 678100 and we'll get the ticket transferred to your new phone for you. Best wishes, Joe

Payment issues

I have used the app with no issues in the past but this morning went to buy a group ticket. It said something went wrong with the payment and to try again. Well I did several times - after giving up I checked email and have had over £75 taken from my PayPal. Looking back on the app no tickets in wallet - could accept it if it was showing 5 group tickets in there but no nothing. Tried customer service number and yes I know it’s Christmas but just in hold for 10 mins with no idea if anyone will answer. I am very unhappy as this is a lot of money to be short of over Christmas and just want to be reassured this is going to be remedied quickly
