Love click up but the app has bugs and lags

I love click up but the app has bugs for example it wont fully load a document and always has three purple dots as if it’s loading. Tried deleting and reloading and trying on several apps. Very annoying as this is one of the main features that i love using.

Dear click up please sort this as what you do helps make everyone more efficient and yet i seem to spend more time moving between click up nad notes because of the bugs.

Better than expected …

UPDATE: Following up my earlier review, ClickUp continues to surprise and delight. The UI allows so much more flexibility than other apps, and can be customised to allow greater visibility when managing multiple projects. Anyone who is part of App Development knows how difficult it is to provide ‘simple’ solutions. ClickUp is pretty much the only Project Management app you will need. If you are a sole developer, or even just a hobbyist, ClickUp is one app you need to try out. You won’t be disappointed! (PS: I don’t work for ClickUp, but I sure wish I did!)

ORIGINAL: As a developer, much of my own work has centred on using Xcode and Excel to log issues. This became cumbersome when working either alone as part of an external team, or more lately because of multiple titles in the App Store. ClickUp is actually far more flexible than almost all of the other apps of similar use. It has an app for iPad and iPhone, and you use the web app for the Mac. I came to ClickUp as its main competitor simply stopped supporting the Mac version of their app. It was obviously time for a step change to my workflow and ClickUp ticked nearly every box. For free it gives even lone developers a huge “lift” to basic requirements. Very easy to use and it syncs seamlessly to every device. Great!

Used and recommend ClickUp to clients since 2018. No more. Disrespectful team and lies in marketing.

Don't let shiny syndrome and lies distract you. People and attitude is all what matters. Always test behavior and ignore words on the surface.

I have been using ClickUp since 2018 long before it became a hype. A lot of businesses move there from other tools due to good UX and because it offers so much for free. Sounds too good to be true. I have been recommending this tool also to anyone else. But no more.

I stopped recommending ClickUp to clients because the team was just ghosting me and their "Chief Creative Officer" blocked me. Their newly hired Executive Assistant after securing a job during COVID instantly changed and went from being caring, while without a job and struggling, to "All the best" as soon as she got a job. And most importantly their CEO doesn't even care.

Tough times reveal real character, true friends and partners.

They delete any negative feedback and try to show that they care about their customers, but only in words. Action speaks louder.

Always remember that nothing is free and wonder what else they might hide, and, like social media, know not just everything about you, but everything about your business, your tasks, your plans.
