Don’t know what cloud or optical effect you are spotting? Use our Cloud Identifier tools to find out. The amazing CloudSpotter AI will analyse your photo to say what it thinks you’ve photographed. Answering questions about your sky in our Step-by-step Wizard will point you in the direction of the most likely formations. Become an expert cloudspotter has never been easier!
And if you’re a subscribing member of the Cloud Appreciation Society you will be able to log in to access your Cloud-a-Day emails. These feature photographs by Cloud Appreciation Society members of amazing formations around the world, short pieces of cloud science, inspiring sky quotations, and details of the sky in art.

A good app
I really like this app, as it’s easy to use and very helpful. I strongly recommend it to anyone who has an interest in cloud spotting. The only issue is that you need an account to use most of the app, which is quite annoying but overall, it’s a really good cloud app.
