Diabolical - Not Fit for Purpose
The old cloudya app was not great, but this new version is taking the biscuit!
Calls do not always transfer so clients have to leave messages to be passed on.
When it tells you the call has transferred, it remains active on your screen so you are unable to use the app when another call comes in.
It cuts out when transferring so clients have to call the switchboard again.
I delete and reinstall the app SEVERAL TIMES a day - this is diabolical as I’m try to operate a switchboard!!
If you have a business - DON’T INVEST in this software!! The developers are unhelpful and do a great job of procrastinating to resolve issues, you end up giving up altogether! Even when you send them the relevant information they have the audacity to say there’s nothing they can see wrong on “their end.”
Businesses should be refunded for this shoddy service.

Great App
I found the app easy to navigate through and the video calling quality is really good compared to other apps I’ve tried in the past!
