Platinum card rewards
Drink or dine with us and you will receive 5% of your bill back in points onto your Club Individual card, for you to spend whenever or however you choose.
Black card rewards
To reach Black Card tier, Platinum members will need to spend £2,500 per year. You will then receive 10% of your bill back in points on your Club Individual Card.

On the positive it was easy to make a booking, received email confirmation. I thought you could check bookings on the app but in the manage bookings section nothing is showing and says no data. I’ve visited the restaurant a number of times in the last 12 months but the app shows no points.
As a 66, year old ,,,, I love modern gadgets,,,,, This one comes high upon my list of great ones. As a regular at Piccolino’s and all the others of course Haha,,, I find this app a absolute God send ,,, from booking tables, keeping track of my rewards points,,,, .The attention to detail is amazing,,, keeping up to date with all that’s going at at all the restaurants there is no excuse to miss out on anything,,,,, Keep up the good work all the wonderful restaurant staff and a special thank you to Adam for a very professional job on the app and all updates keeping us in the 21, Century.

Simplicity at its best
I’ve been a member of Club Individual since its launch and I think this is a great step forward. I used the app for the first time the other evening and was able to book a table in seconds, check my points balance and pay for the meal (using points) which was as good as always.
A great effort by the team to develop an app that has as many features as it does, has great content and is very easy to use. Thanks.
