I’ve used the app numerous times, the layout was a little poor with truncated words everywhere. However now when I login it says “coming soon”, but I can’t access my loyalty card. I dined at Picolino last night and they couldn’t locate my membership to add the cash value. Bizarre

I’ve just received an email saying I’m in Diamond level & inviting me to download the new, updates app. I was a previous clubIR holder for several years. However, when asked to input my email address, it did not recognise it (despite the fact that they emailed me on this address & it was my email address for the previous incarnation of the clubIR card. I’m baffled & a little cross. What do I need to do, as have emailed them but have had no reply yet?

I signed up to the new app transferred my old account from club individual. It worked at first but now when I try to login it says ‘incorrect credentials’. It let me change the password on my account to a new one but when I tried to access the account again, it still said ‘incorrect credentials’ upon logging in. Unable to access my account in the new app ????

Downloaded new version- put in my email to reset password- no account held.OK - went to set up new account with all same details- but says- can’t create account as mobile being used by another account!!!! Tried a few times- useless!! No way of getting round this. Very frustrated 😡😡
