As Important, As Your Gym Water Bottle!!!

I have been going through the motions for years in the gym just doing whatever but, as most people when new year hits I made a commitment to myself to follow a routine. I wa about to spend some serious money on Personal Trainers, which is a good option if your are starting out and have the means to finance it until I discovered this app!! I have tried it for 1 week and feel better physically, mentally and most of all focussed on my goal. In some bars a pint of lager would cost you more than this app for a month!! Give it a try and thank me later.

Love it!! So many workouts to choose from and there is nothing better than completing a working out and seeing it there glowing blue in your calendar! Officially addicted to seeing as much blue in my calendar as possible…feeling motivated 💪🏼

This has everything progress, pictures, health, kit, stats, thousands of workouts and programs as part of the really cost-effective subscription. Absolutely the best fitness app i’ve used bar none.
