Description
Access your tickets to Co-op Live and keep up to date with the latest news from the UK’s largest entertainment arena.
Find out more information on how get here, what to see and do inside Co-op Live, and keep up to date with on the day event and venue information.
The Co-op Live app acts as your ticket, and your pre- and post-event companion.
Note: Your tickets will be the only means of admission, meaning we can eliminate the use of paper and allow you to enter events even quicker, simply by scanning the barcode.
Don't worry if you can't see your order in the Co-op Live app straight away, your tickets will be available closer to the event. This should be no later than (approximately) 5 working days before the event.
Once tickets are released within the app you will see the ticket icon. Just tap this and sign in with your Ticketmaster account log-in to access your event tickets. If you don’t have an account, just sign up.
From here you can manage and transfer your tickets easily among the others in your party - right up to until show time.
Please note app is for the venue Co-op Live, not the Co-op Membership app.

Don’t waste your time or storage downloading this app…
I downloaded this app as ticketmaster told me I had to so I can access my tickets. Logged in, opened it up and it shows I have no tickets… when I log into ticketmaster itself, the tickets are there… I’ve since realised I can just use the ticketmaster email link so this app not only doesn’t work, it’s pointless
Horrific experience with this app
I have no idea who decided that using the tickets you bought via ticketmaster, then have to be transferred to this buggy, clunky and slow app which doesn’t work. Over complicated for no reason. Tickets that we transferred didn’t show up. No one you can speak to either to help the situation, just some idiotic help robot that constantly repeats itself and doesn’t allow you to speak to a person. Service is appalling although I’d expect nothing less from a co-op branded service. Shocking.
So many notifications
Got the app for a show I was attending but now I’m getting notifications constantly telling me to ‘remember my ticket’ ‘plan my journey’ etc for other shows I don’t have a ticket for. Their comms strategy is pure chaos and this is just another place to get weird rushed nonsense messaging from them.
