Co-op Young Driver 4+

Been with this for nearly a year,I had no say as my parents are the ones paying,never wanted to leave an insurance company so badly!! The worse mistake ever,not only are my parents paying an EXTORTIONATE amount of money for this but the fact that I get absolutely harassed by co-op is unreal.I understand they have to make sure the box is on and charged but sending emails everyday telling me my policy is going to be cancelled is a joke,especially when you email and call them to tell them that the box is on and charged! But they stilll carry on
I get picked up for speeding in ridiculous areas that make me think they need an update on the actual speed of certain roads,I get picked up for speeding in a 30 because on there map
It says it’s a 20!!! But the road signs down the road are 30!!! This happened twice in one block and they brought my score down by 10!!! You will never be able to drive safely if you go with co-op because they want you to drive like an 80 year old who can barely see!!! I can’t wait to hit the 1 year mark and leave! Counting down the days

I read the reviews and went with this company anyway and it was the worst decision of my life. The harassment from the company is extortionate with the black box. When trying to solve issues over the phone some of the supervisors are intimidating and brought me to tears. Except for this one man that allowed me to cancel my policy was extremely friendly. If you attend university in a different city and often commute to your home one this is NOT the company to go. They charge £700-£800 extra and interrogate you if you refuse to pay on top of already overpriced rates. NOT STUDENT FRIENDLY AT ALL. Avoid this company at all costs, I promise you take this as a warning and don’t ignore it like I did.

Since latest update 5 days ago have had no journey updates or new scores. Seems to get one problem after another. Before the update couldn’t see journey map it was just a blank screen but could just about live with that but to not be getting any daily journey updates or scores since update, don’t know how well am doing anymore. Needs fixing fast. Need to see driving scores asap
