Pretty Awesome!
I’ve only just started using this but the free version is amazing and capable of doing up some good session plans! I’m about to purchase the full version and only a one off £8.99 to unlock the rest of the features. But so far its really great and especially for free, I’m sure the full version will be worth the money too and looking forward to using it. Simple design and easy to use, it’s not super fancy or complicated but that’s all I need! I used to do sessions plans either just on paper or do them on a word doc which would take forever to draw out the diagrams, this makes it quick and easy to do on my mac! Couldn’t recommend it more highly for coaches!
