Works as advertised

It’s fine. There’s a nice interface for navigating around the packet trace and the information is well laid out. I’d like some support for HTTP, but it’s not a big deal.

The real issue is that there is no support for analysing live traces. It would lose two stars for this, but I am aware that an app that is able to open the Berkely packet filter device probably cannot be sandboxed and hence distributed through the app store, so it only loses one star. As a work around, the app could monitor the file it has opened and update the UI when it grows so that it can see live updates from a tcpdump with the -U -w flags set.

No packet capturing

Good app if it would allow packet capturing - infortunately the app store version does not do that … why?
Just download the app from the developer’s web site and you can capture packages.
