Scam machine. Do not use. It just take your money and does not dispense product
It took my money and the vending machine did not dispense any product. Even after having the credit this scam app still asks for more money. I want a refund and money back.
App works well
This app works well for the vending machines scattered around Italy. The pre authorisation charge was refunded to me instantly. The first time I tried to make a purchase it wouldn’t dispense the product however it was me just being stupid. When you connect, you need to put in your preauthorised amount which gets charged straight away (as if you are putting money in the vending machine). Then wait until you see credit is added to the machine. Then use the machine’s keypads to select your product. If you decide you don’t want anything, you can cancel, and the money goes straight back into your bank account, which I accidentally did the first time. Once you’ve done it once, it’s very easy to do again, and again.
Do not use
Theoretically this might work but after uploading money (which you can’t get back) to the app, none of the machines in Verona airport were working with the app & customer service were not helpful.
