The last time I was at Coffi co was when I had my old card and I didn’t realise, went through the order on the app recently and on the last step I saw my old card’s number, but couldn’t actually change it unless I abandoned the whole order and go all the way back. My point is, it’d be worth adding an option to pick a different method at the end of the order. I realise this is only a small problem and there are bigger ones in life, but in the moment it was annoying having to go through so many steps twice.

So me and my friend went for a walk, Coffi co was looking very warm and welcoming, it was a freezing cold day (-1) so we both got tea now a man walked out and gave us are teas, it was all on a tray and it was difficult to grab everything so we couldn’t get stirrers or sugars, on top of that there was no room to add my milk as it was way to full so the tea was spilling out of both cups, we headed of and constantly it was spilling down the sides and in the lid, then one of the cups started to rip we were very very dissatisfied with this as we could no longer drink from it (very poor cups) the drinks were alright however not overly satisfied and we will never be coming to that particular shop again (Cardiff bay) to conclude- rip cup 🪦
