This is my 2nd review.
This will be my 4th purchase with this company and it’s probably one of the best companies I have dealt with. Easy navigation on the site and excellent deals. I did need to chase up a delivery query and the assistant was very helpful. If you need to contact them it’s easy. Google the number and you actually do get through to a person not a “chat box”

Absolutely rubbish, do not buy from here especially if buying a gift.
I do not recommend this app, or shopping here. When I first got the app I signed up and made an account. I then went on to order a gift I intended to buy for someone’s birthday, order went through and I received an email confirming my purchase and telling me the money would be taken from my account when the order has dispatched. A few hours later I get a second email saying my order has been ‘ successfully cancelled’ with no further information. This confused me as I had not cancelled my order. I went back to the app to check on why it was saying I’ve cancelled and I had been logged out of my account, when I tried to log back in it said there was no email for this account or no existing account, which obviously wasn’t true. I messaged the live chat to explain what had happened and was briefly told they would let me know once they find out what happened, they never did. A couple days later I stupidly tried again thinking it must have been a big mistake and made a new account and purchased the same item, the same thing happened all over again(however it was throughout the space of 24 hours). Absolutely Terrible and completely unreliable
