Mixed review

Firstly i do agree with previous reviews. My own is mixed, hence the 3 stars. I have reported trolleys that have gone quickly and i have reported some repeatedly (like the one currently near me). Unfortunately, if they dont collect them promptly, its likely they will have been moved by kids and unsuspecting do-gooders also, I live on a hill with a main road at the bottom which, to me makes it even more urgent!!

Asda trolleys

In essence a great idea but it seems silly not to allow me to say exactly where the trolleys are that I wanted to report. I took a picture earlier and then went to download the app at home - and then tried to report (with photo and location) - but it’s now assuming the trolleys are at my home and there’s no opportunity to review the submission!!! Aaagggggghhh!!!

This App is not user friendly. I have found that if I have reported an abandoned trolley and received the thank you message, then I cannot return to the reporting page unless I turn off my phone and turn it on again. Very annoying.
