1 . Need to be able to zoom in and out with your camera within the app2. When taking photos on phone to upload (because app won’t let you zoom in and out) app only lets you choose one photo at a time. This is too time consuming.If the above issues are sorted the app will be a very useful tool and gain 5*

“Sorry I added this review to RDSAP Go when it was meant to be here for the condition App”1- Can you facilitate the wide anglecapabilities of most modern phones withinthe app …. having to take the photosexternally from the app to be able to takewide angle photos is a slow procedure whenimporting through the app into the report.Alternatively allow multiple selecting ofphotos through app.2- when answering survey questions withinapp please can you facilitate swipe left orright or even tick box to answer yes / noquestions. Currently having enter a newwindow to select yes or no gets veryrepetitive after the 80th time on one survey .3 - Lots of the issues we encounter are thesame again and again I.e Heavy mould , light mould , cracks in render etc .. can the app notremember text previously entered to saverepeating free text for the data entry4- last but not least this app has the potential to be combined when required to RDSAP Go as we are often duplicating data entry it could work much more efficiently if it could be combined into one app ?Hopefully some of the above will help withdevelopment.

Was in the middle of moving elements around and had all my pictures for a job in the photo stream I got a phone call and for some unknown reason it wiped all of my pictures for that job. Must be a but this has now cost me time and money when it really shouldn’t be happening! Frustrating app to say the least you should be able to zoom in and out to take pictures but nope. Really needs fixing so people can actually use it without wanting to delete it especially when this is some peoples livelihoods! My last point is that you should be able to move the elements around after you make one so that you can order them to how you want, they are fixed at the moment and you have to delete them all to reorder them again. FIX THIS PLEASE

The latest update includes a building orientation question….which no matter what you type doesn’t answer the question. All the other questions in “Property details” are drop down menus, is this also meant to be a drop down menu??? As currently unable to lodge any reports and this is the clients mandatory report app. Please fix!
