Started using the app after years.. originally I didn’t see the purpose of it, turn on, wait and smoke. Recently my pax 3 has started developing battery issues, “I got mine in 2017” and has lasted all this time with no issues, impressive product. I’ve had to use the app whilst I’m waiting for the replacing, I’m unable to start the device without it. What I noticed was I wished there was a way to keep the setting you set for the experience permanently or change at a later date. The default setting is standard thats worked for me for years. Since using the app I noticed I preferred a different setting which is efficient however when the device disconnects or turns off it switches back to standard. Please find a way to have those settings saved, similar to how the heat settings work, you pick preferred temperature which doesn’t change unless the user changes it. Shouldn’t it be the same when you pick the type of experience you want out of the device. Like flavour and efficient works great for me over standard. Thanks for creating a product that’s worth it’s money

Browser app frequently doesn’t work, subsequently I can’t use the vape properly as it’s tricky getting right temperature using the non/off button

I’ve had my pax 3 since 2017 and use to love it till pax changed the old app for this app .
With the old app when i turned my pax on it would go to my 185c preset and I would vape rampin up to 200c+ when i would finish my session turn it off and then when id turn it back on again it would go back to 185c ready to go again but know it gos back to last temp = 200c+ causing you to have to set it up again and the app rarely works and when it do’s it keeps disconnecting .
In this app it seems to want to advertise PAX’s products most off which are illegal in the UK where i live so not avalable to me and I can’t get out off there products back to the screen that controls the vape .
PAX please please please give us back the old app because you are ruining your product
