Could be so much better…
Useful for general use in understanding the routes and bus stops of the many buses in the region but the app’s ‘alerts’ feature is rarely used and cannot be relied upon if a bus is cancelled, crowded or not in service. The app often crashes and has very limited realtime information which means you don’t know if a bus is simply a little late or was slightly early and so you missed it.
Needs updating and now doesn’t work!
I had the app on my iPhone for a few days, it kept saying it needs updating but when I tried it took me back to the same version; same happen repeatedly. I then decided to delete the app & reinstall to see if that improved things. Low & behold, now the app won’t work at all, just flicks for a few seconds then closes - repeatedly again! I give up!
Not fit for purpose
I ended up spending about 20 euros in the end for a bus trip that should have cost about 5 euro 50 as the tickets I purchased kept disappearing only for me to be left in an embarrassing situation on the bus trying to buy more tickets electronically… either use cash or get a taxi if you’re visiting!
