Some good improvements. Controlcam 1 appears to have stopped working - discontinued?
Glad to see the enhancements to Controlcam 2. Records for video are transferring to Photos and a few bugs appear to have been resolved. I would pay monthly for this app if more enhancements were added in future.
Getting better
The app works reasonably well.
It has a few quirks and occasional issues, but on the whole it works.
Two things which might be helpful:
1) Don’t use complex, alphanumeric passwords for ‘One-key Unlock’. The system will accept them, but bizarrely forgets them if the app is restarted.
2) Each device (iPad, iPhone etc) requires it’s own separate account to be set up. Otherwise you’ll find that one of the devices won’t ring when the doorbell is pressed.
App update configuration
Old app worked reasonably well, then it stopped. Found a new app but cannot fully configure. Need assistance
