I have always had a very positive experience with Convo. As a VRS service, you don’t know which interpreter you will be connected to, but I always feel confident because the quality is consistently very high. The interpreters are professional and reliable, and the customer service team are always friendly and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend Convo.

Have been using SignLive for over 6 years, this is a very solid app that has been designed, brilliant access to BSL interpreters & Customer Support team are brilliant and tailor their services to you personally
Not great app against older version

Not great and pleasure to use it with camera of caller so thin and square. Limited space to sign. There’s no deaf owned businesses lists that we used to have on older version.Only thing I have it 2 stars than 1 because of the message chat is better than older version. Would be good to add the option send or tape picture and upload to send some file.

That app is lots better version compare to the older version because it’s more friendly app and easier to use navigate.
- Interpreters now appear correctly on incoming calls from hearing callers.
- Fixed an issue where interpreter video could disappear after switching apps repeatedly
- Plus, smaller fixes and improvements to keep Convo Now running smoothly.
