This game is brilliant I would give it 10 if I could, started playing last year now on level 2057, no need to spend money or get a reward, sometimes they are more of a hindrance than a help, you just need patience. I have had many issues over the months and always blamed the game, last week I had a major issue when I lost everything and was taken back to level 1, I contacted the support group and they suggested a number of things to try, and the outcome was I had a poor internet connection and too many windows open, so now once that was sorted it returned my game to the level I was originally on, so don't blame the game if things go wrong try asking the support group for help, they really are supportive.
Brilliant
There is enough variety on a theme to keep you interested, plenty of very difficult challenges which keep you honest but temper that fact with sone challenging but easily achievable levels which give you hope and you end up with a simple but good fun game to play. I do get a bit fed up with the cost of in app purchases the piggy bank for example is extortionate in its cost pro rata and you need to be strong to avoid spending money to pass levels but if you resist spending and collect bonus pieces for free then you can pit your wits against the game and have a good time for free!
I’m heartbroken…
This app game is one of three favourite games by this provider, I’ve loved it for a long time (level 3768),but after many years they’ve decided to use adverts which pop up after two or three goes at a level. I understand Jam City wants to make money but the usual Facebook ads and ads for their other games is enough. I play with no sound and these ads have sound and are loud and intrusive which is no good! Jam City put ads on their Sugar Smash app but thankfully removed them (complaints perhaps?) so I can still enjoy it but they have them permanently now on Genies and Gems which unfortunately has now been deleted from my phone. I’ll be sad to delete this app but if the ads stay I’m gone. Thank you Jam City for all the fun it’s been up to now but trying to contact you directly about this is impossible.
