I have been playing this game for weeks and it’s super addictive. I just think that there are a few teething problems. For example, when one of the rounds is that you have to serve a certain amount of meals in a limited time, it does not make sense for the customers to just walk in reallllyyyyyy slowly. I had meals all set up to serve but the majority of the time I was just waiting for them to walk in and show the order. I can’t get past levels because of this. You even get a “hurry up!” Under the timer, which is annoying as there’s not really much you can do. Eventually I do pass them, but it’s really frustrating. It’s as if they’re forcing you to pay extra for diamonds - diamonds = extra 30 seconds. Once I’d upgraded my entire kitchen, I still couldn’t get past levels unless I bought a booster. I’d love to know what constitutes getting a key card and what you have to do to get one. I’ve passed levels and it’s not given me a key card. Honestly don’t understand the sense in that. I once bought a booster (out of my own frustration) and I passed the level no problem, but didn’t get a key card. That’s downright ridiculous. If you’re going to charge for boosters/diamonds at least let them work as they should!

I have a love/hate relationship with this type of game. I love many elements, the pace, the sense of achievement, it can be fun. But I hate that there reaches a point when you can’t pass levels without paying far too much money. I’ve had a message from the devs to say all levels are passable with effort, practice and patience, without paying. I actually don’t mind paying something, but the charges on this type of game are crazy steep for what they are. And it’s not true. Certain levels are set up so you cannot pass them. This is not a creative or clever game. It’s a money spinner. Also, wrote a previous review for this which was removed, I understand it’s illegal to remove reviews, so I’m interested in why it was not there. So, to repeat, it’s a good enough game at first, then from around levels 70 to 80 it starts to make it impossible to pass levels without paying for boosts. Which Im ok with if they make the levels fair. But you will often need several boosts, and may still not pass the level. Then you have to repeat with more boosts. All costing A LOT for what is essentially a pretty repetitive process, and not a particularly clever or well developed game. Eventually dreaded playing this game so much. Surely the point is to make players feel like they’re having fun, gaining skill, and moving forward. Stuck at the same level for weeks, no fun and a nice little earner for the greedy developers behind it. Try not to get hooked into this kind of game, there are so many better ones out there.

Absolutely love this game hope you keep adding more and more levels makes a change to win diamonds and not to have to keep buying them keep up the good work however think it's time that the food stuff etc should be upgraded so that the further on in the game you go the more chance you have of using some coins I have quiet a few thousand but can't use them would be great if things could be improved so come on we need more updates on this fantastic game also the games on certain levels keep kicking me off so I end up loosing a life and if I've used diamonds can be very frustrating please please fix this problemThis is my latest update on the play of this game whilst I still enjoy playing and love some of the new levels I'm quiet annoyed that whilst playing on level 287-2 my goal was to get to 1410 so I played and got to 1508 only to loose the game how can this be have maths changed and I'm unaware ? I also today was playing on level 288-2 I used 67 gems to get 30 seconds more to score 50 I got 51 on the game and it said try again this just needs sorting as it's cheating also would be nice if you actually answered some of the comments made you keep asking for reviews which some of us do send to you but never get feed back will wait and see if any reply to this
