My first job for Courier Expert was April 2015, 25k & 200+ invoices later, I have found them professionally top notch and often very accommodating to the genuine hard working courier. You do need to grasp the realities of “Dead Mileage”; courier expert work on collection to delivery, so be aware/savvy of how long and at what cost to complete the work with getting back home!
The app (this app) is very simple and provides you the courier with a SATNAV, GOB, POD & self invoicing all-in-one. You can obtain work from where you deliver if you are on your toes👍 There are loads of “Reverse Auction sites” that feast on driving fees down to “slave rates” or attracting jobs that have no value, no worth and fees payable over daft time frames like 90 days!! These companies are known as Facilitators, they take no responsibility for accepting work on their sites, just creating stress & marginal profit to you & mostly a loss. Courier Expert only accepts valued work from clients who pay upfront with a genuine need for speed, dedicated transport and mostly same-day, FULL VAN to CAR, pallets to envelopes; you get paid 30 days later(see T&C’s). 2023 DRG (BLS ltd) ITS A SHAME COURIER EXPERT DOES not OFFER A SIMILAR SERVICE TO EU??

We prioritise working with couriers who value speed, dedicated transport but utmost communication.

Regarding your comment about not offering a similar service to the EU, we appreciate your feedback. While we currently focus on providing our services within most regions of the UK, we are currently working on an alternative solution to our current platform that will make this option available.

Waste of money

Total waste of money applied for around 70 jobs and not getting single one.. don’t waste your money on it

Don’t waste your time or money

Company is an absolute scam. You will not find any work on this application.
Owners post fake jobs just so it looks busy. None of the jobs will get allocated to any driver.
I was going through the process of cancelling my membership last week when they offered me 3 months for free so I paused my account cancellation and left my account live to see if it got any better.
It turns out they still charge me my monthly fee by direct debit absolute scandalous stay away from these guys.

We understand your disappointment with our platform however we have many members near your area who have completed 100+ jobs with us. Regarding your cancellation process, we apologise for any confusion caused by our offer of three months free. However as explained before you cancel your membership, your monthly subscription Is charged In arrears. You were charged for the monthly of activity you used on our platform (on the 28th day) prior to cancellation, however you would not have been charged for the following 3 months (As explained in the cancellation process).

We take billing matters seriously and we are committed to rectifying situations like these promptly. However In this case, I can't see how we've done anything wrong.
