The Courtney Black App is a health and fitness app to help you reach your goals with Courtney as your personal trainer from your phone. This app will help you fall in love with fitness and help you reach your fitness goals.
The app is designed to help all shapes and sizes and all goals. You choose how many days per week you would like to train and what diet you would like to follow. You will be provided with a daily workout and diet to follow from a library of healthy and delicious recipes.
The app promotes a healthy and balanced lifestyle that is achievable for everyone to follow.
Your workout schedule is split into phases which change every two weeks to keep you progressing. You choose from either weight loss, toning / keeping fit or muscle gain as your main goal. The programs are mainly weight training with HIIT workouts, circuits and bodyweight mixed in. No workout is ever boring!
Your workouts are intense and no longer than 1 hour long.
The app includes quick workouts, challenges and full body workouts to choose from.
You receive a custom meal plan with calories and macros for your goal which you can then add recipes from the log.

My Lockdown Saviour!
Lockdown 3 and the gyms are closed- it’s the end of my first week using the Courtney Black app and I’ll never look back! I’m a motivated person and have done regular exercise for a few years now, but I don’t have a flat stomach and I wouldn’t count myself as “proper fit”. This just makes everything sooooo easy to organise, you don’t have to think “what workout am I going to do today”. The app contains more workouts there than you’d ever need and so much variety. I’m currently doing the January challenge and it’s INTENSE! Courtney is so full of energy, a real nutter- it feels like she’s in the room with you urging you on. (She also gives low impact options which can be good too) I’ve seen there’s a “gym option” too, which I’m looking forward to using when the gyms open up again.
The app uses your information and goals to set you a calorie limit for the day- helpful because I’ve always just guessed how many calories to aim for. There’s a meal planner option with hundreds of recipes- just had the banana pancakes for breakfast! The recipes are quick and easy, with clear instructions. They tell you the calories and macros AND THEY’RE TASTY! I’d got into a rut with cooking the same meals all the time, I’ve already tried 3 of the recipes and am genuinely excited to try more!

I absolutely love using this app, I have been following Courtney’s live workouts since the end of April and after downloading it I now follow all the real time workouts on the app as it give me the flexibility to fit them in around my daily routine! Also if there is a work out I absolutely love, then I know it’s there forever so I can keep going back to it! I love that the app works out your calories and macros once you have signed up and it also takes into consideration that you are following the workouts so it puts you in a calorie deficit without having to work it out for yourself! The meals are delicious and I love that new ones get added all the time, you can also add your own meals too! Courtney works super hard on this app trying to make it one of the best fitness apps of them all, she has also mentioned about adding a scan the barcode option too, so this really will be the go to app of everything you need to carry out your fitness journey! I can’t thank Courtney enough for her hard work and dedication, She has pushed me to be a better version of myself by training with us daily and giving me the motivation to enjoy my fitness journey without it feeling like a chore! I have had a gym membership for over 5 years and I have never seen results like I have by doing Courtney’s workouts! She’s an inspiration and deserves to go far in life! Thanks court x
Fantastic app and trainer
I found this app through a friends recommendation and love it. The workouts are well planned, there is a huge range of variety and they’re suitable for all levels. I’ve seen a massive improvement in my fitness and figure since I started using the app. I do a workout most days and also run alongside them. The app sets you up with a calorie and macro goal for losing weight, toning up or maintaining, which you can change at any time. The meals on the app are so varied and absolutely delicious. New ones are being added all the time, it’s always my go to when I fancy a new dish to try or want to have a fakeaway when the rest of my family are tucking into their takeaway. Courtney herself is great, really down to earth and the support she gives you is amazing. She makes the workouts fun and enjoyable. I look forward to my workouts everyday. Would totally recommend this app to anyone. Every other month there is a challenge, I’ve done 3 now and they really test your fitness and push you hard. I always see great results at the end of the challenges, and you can access them at any time after too so can do them again if you wanted. All workouts are saved to the app for you to go back to and repeat if you wish. There is also a gym workout section but I haven’t used that as I workout at home.
