Can’t Open App - 2nd Update failure in last 6 months
I’m amending this as the developer got back to me to uninstall / reinstall the app to resolve and it did.
Original Review: 2nd application update in 6 months that resulted in a server connection error.. pleas remind your developers to focus on root cause. As per previous error I can no longer use the App.

Disappointed
Doesn’t work with all radiators, so no usage costs,
Unreliable, very poorly designed app!
This app is so unreliable and simply does not work consistently as it should! Why can’t you fix the app so that it works properly? Nest, Hive, Tado amongst many others have been able to design a reliable app for homeowners to control the heating of their homes remotely. Why can’t you? You should sack the developer and hire one who is competent. I am fed up with this incompetence. #cozytouch #not
