Credit Union App 4+

If I could have given this app a zero rating I would have. As per other reviews on here; the app is useless! You can’t log in even if you put in the correct login details manually - it constantly loops saying you are putting in the incorrect details. That also includes if you have enabled the Face ID feature on it. Whoever the software developer was that put the last ‘minor updates’ in obviously really checked the update didn’t cause any problems - not!! They should be dismissed! There are plenty of excellent Credit Unions out there with really good apps that grant you access to your account/funds really easily. Do like me; think about transferring your money to one of them!!

They should have tested this app before pressing the “go live” button!!

Firstly where was the communication about the change to the app? As someone with disability, trying to navigate new apps is difficult. A heads up would have been nice.

I am trying to register for the first time, all I get is CIF number is inactive. No information what a CIF is as the acronym doesn't translate to any of the required fields? but most importantly, no way to ask for help! No information in initial screen for number to call, live chat or email.

What a much better App than the one we were previously using. Took me a while to log in but once someone from your office rang to take me through it, it was easy. There’s so much more I can do on here. My finances on the go, love it. I just have to learn what buttons to press when. All good! Thank you
