We're excited to partner with Rowsandall.com to make it easier than ever to share and access custom courses in CrewNerd. To take advantage of this new feature, create an account on rowsandall.com and then "like" the courses there that you want to use in CrewNerd. In CrewNerd, sign into your rowsandall.com account, go to the custom courses page on the workouts tab, and press "Sync from Rowsandall...". The courses you selected will then be available to use as workouts. If you have created your own custom courses previously, you can now share those easily by uploading them to rowsandall.com.

Step forward for rowers
Although still nervous about taking my phone onto the water, am happy with this although I haven't used it enough yet to comment in any depth. Would it be possible for the developers to consider pairing it to the Apple iwatch which is water proof? I would love that even if it was just for some of the key functions. Thank you.

Brilliant!
I have been using CrewNerd for a few months now to confidently map, with accuracy, my training and performance improvements in K1 racing kayak.
I use an external HR monitor via bluetooth and run CrewNerd on my iPhone 6 (which has a really good built in GPS receiver).
The real-time feedback I get during training sessions has revolutionised my approach to the sport.
I have checked out many other Apps and systems but find that nothing else provides such a complete and versatile solution for water-sport athletes and coaches from all disciplines ranging from rowing to paddlesports.
CrewNerd has become an indispensable part of my equipment.
A great solution at a very reasonably price.
Love it
I have used this app for a couple of years now and find it invaluable. Whatever boat I'm in it gives excellent information and by simply emailing the outing data from the history button the whole crew can see where we were quickest on the course and hence what stroke rate was efficient. Using longitude and latitude of known points on the river (very easy to obtain from google) it is then easy to get very accurate timings between two points. The map showing your exact course taken is also spot on and shows very accurately where we hit fallen trees etc. The display can be adapted to your taste very easily to show speed, split time, distance, stroke rate etc. the only tweak I could wish for would be to plot our ideal course on the map and then have this app give 2 beeps for left and one beep for right - ie a navigation aid. A brilliant app all round - congratulations.
