Good but ...

Bought the app and downloaded it onto my iPad. Paid for puzzles BUT when I downloaded it onto my phone it was not synced with the one I had bought so I was expected to pay for the puzzles again. Obviously I am not going to do this but disappointed that I cannot start a puzzle at home and finish it when travelling. Will buy another app when I have done those I have bought. Shame, because I really like the app.

Update: teazel contacted me and suggested I use the backup and restore function. It took 4 goes to restore from the backup, but I finally got there and all my puzzles are synced on my iPad and iPhone. Thank you Teazel

Hello Hermione, sorry to hear you're having problems. Assuming you've used the same Apple account on both devices, just buy it again, and it will unlock (it's not possible to purchase an app twice, so it's a safe thing to so).

You may also like the Backup/Restore feature in the top level menu.
Although it's really aimed at people upgrading their device, you can also use it to manually sync two devices (but it's up to you to remember which is the most up to date!). We hope that helps a little.

Issues With Syncing Between Kindle And IPhone

Love these crosswords but in Pack One the order of the puzzles is now different in the iPhone to the Kindle. Just backed up Puzzle 3 in the Kindle and it has fed my answers into Puzzle 3 on the iPhone. But it isn’t the same Puzzle. Puzzle 3 in the Kindle app is now Puzzle 11 on the iPhone. Please fix the bug so I can give a 5 star review when my purchase becomes the value for money it was before this issue. Thanks

Cannot reopen. Have to repurchase.

First, I downloaded this to keep me occupied with something really simple to do that I don’t need to think about or concentrate on while waiting for around for flights, etc. instead of reading news sites which can be depressing. However I deleted it by mistake and now I cannot restore it without paying again.

But I don’t think the developer has responded to comments for a couple of years so maybe they are no longer operational?

PS Although it keeps my attention while I am waiting for other things, the clues are very easy, or are very arbitrary and don’t really relate to the answer. If you are still going it would be great to have a more challenging version.
