No ability to manually adjust open positions

Unlike the web version, there’s no way to manually adjust open positions like merge them, close them, change stop loss settings, etc.

Very poor UI & stats. Support have no idea how to help

Funds from exchange don’t sync properly, as a result all the stats about available funds, profits etc are all fake.
Can’t have more than 1 active bot.
Support are truly clueless- I only spend 1 hour with the product and had some questions. Support said it was a bug and in next 10 minutes I proved that it wasn’t just by myself as a noobie customer! Then a support manager contacted me regarding my experience but didn’t actually do anything apart from asking me what happened.
Last but last least, if for example you want to have 10 active bots, it will be 12 times more expensive than 3Commas as you would need to buy multiple subscriptions.

Great Bot, app need improving

Crypto hopper itself is amazing. The mobile is a bit clunky, false figure when you first log In for a second can get your hopes up. Selling an open order always places a limit order instead of a market order even if it’s in your setting. Web browser works perfect (apart from no proper shorting options). Over all very happy. Making money, easy interface and good community.
