Cryptopay: Spend Crypto Daily 4+

Dealt with many exchanges this one blows them all away!

I’ve been with Crypto pay for many years now, other exchanges have come and gone but they are rock solid and never seem to have any down time. The app is dead easy to use and works flawlessly and above all the support you get from them is polite, personal and friendly and efficient. I certainly can’t say the same from any other exchange. Keep up the great work!

Mostly BRILLIANT

Issue is mining fee, that is fine, however when paying fee you expect at the fee rate for money moved to reach the address sent to in a timely fashion.... not so. Asked customer support as was selling some externally on time limit, now lost in ether, assured will be returned by external site, to assault etc reassure... was asked to rate conversation prior to chance to send data, was online to respond. Rating box obstructed support- which took a day to get, and as yet no response. Possibly language barrier and over stretched to be balanced in criticism there. Was a hassle, as is slow transfer to external- cost me another crypto sale of coin I wanted to keep more so than BTC to cover overheads as start up business, disabled. And overheads when sub contract paid on completion with disability assists pay on hold life far from easy. Definitely recommend this company COINBASE have over £1400 of mine in accessible and have for 1 month 20 days and counting with no actual customer support- AVOID them, they were good once, no more litigations everywhere and I have to take the to court too. Back to Cryptopay they are good, phone support is excellent so perhaps better than live- RECOMMEND CRYPTOPAY

Hi! I am sorry for the inconvenience you've been caused! Unfortunately, sometimes BTC transactions can stay without confirmations for a bit more time with the same miner's fee - note that it also depends on how busy the Bitcoin network is at the moment.

Beware ask for more and more certification

Asks for various photos of passport etc which is fairly standard for a bank. However I tried to add money using 3 different cards all of which had money on and all of which mysteriously failed. My account was then blocked and they first asked me for a photo of me with the most recent card showing nearly all the numbers which I was dubious about but sent as this isn’t my main account, for days I had no response and then finally they came back and did apologise as they were busy which is fair but then wanted photos of me with each card showing that I had used.

I understand being secure but this seems very suspicious I have never had to do this with any other financial app so have deleted the app.

Hi there, we understand this might seem suspicious, but this is just a standard AML process. We never share the personal details of our customers with any third parties. Also, we ask to cover the sensitive information with tape or fingers. Anyway, we respect any of your decisions and feel sorry that you left us.
