CSSC Membership Car‪d‬ 4+

At the moment it’s a pointless app, just takes you back to the website. Hopefully it’ll improve integration at some point. As it stands, don’t bother

I don’t own a smartphone so I have no way to prove I am a member. It’s not an app just a screenshot to say you are a member No other function you still have to use the website to do anything. Tried to download it on my sisters phone so we could at least try and get into the English heritage site we had booked tickets for but it won’t let her log in either. Changed all my passwords to reset and it won’t even let me type anything in the log in boxes. Please go back to a membership card. Waste of money being a member if I can’t prove it and get the benefit. I would rate 0 stars if it let me

Yes I get that the app is providing a way for you to prove you have a CSSC card but without Apple Wallet support this is pretty redundant as a feature. Added to this all this app is really doing is giving you a snazzy interface to connect back to the website (it opens the relevant page in Safari when you click a link). Therefore the features are at present, pointless and you may as well save space on your phone and use the website. Hopefully full integration will occur making the app more useful. At present it’s not worth the download.
