Curse of Aros 9+

Great game, well developed; 4/5

At the start of the game, there is hardly much of a tutorial / beginners guide. So you are basically on your own there (i would reccomend using YT/Wiki for this issue). Ton of different monsters for you to grind for rare loot and even pets are implemented!

General comments of the game thus far:

Pros:

Active community
Different mobs at each levels
Not P2W - can earn items in the game if you grind
Bosses have different attacking features!
11 different servers from you to choose from if the current server you are on is full / busy.
Mods / admins are active on discord, many people from the COA community would be able to help you out too if you have any general questions.

Cons:

High risk PVP was newly introduced, but it is dead content. Usually its miners and fishers (for beginners) -

In game, there is only melee as of current yet the image shows mage, range and a fighter.
I believe the mage and range will be implemented later, but this part is quite deceiving.

Only combat tasks for monsters.

Further notes:
- Mage and Range are most likely in development!
- HRPVP - anyway to encourage the pvp community?
- Skilling tasks on a skilling task board
- More grindable pets!

I have played for a short while now and I love the game it is such an addictive and entertaining game, however useless downloading unless your going to pay and become apart of an clan, now within this clans are ruining the games making rules, reporting people as if they own the game all because they have discord, now if you could make a server so clans can siv on it that would be amazing, however all clans and groups claim rooms (boss rooms and farm spots) which is unfair for others to progress in game, so if you could limit the farm of each boss to 20 times in 3-4 hours it will balance out and let us in the actually get to the final stages of the game seeing as everyone is so greedy and unfair I think it’s down to your programmers to correct this as it is forcing people off the game, and I know this is not what you want so I highly advise correcting this and also get the moderators to be online most the time not only when clan members start to cry about farming zones and ect ect there like children running to the moderators when someone annoys them a little and also there are up a dress theives in the clans so be careful who you annoy and since my fp home has been super buggy so please find anyone with this capability and perma ban them ASAP as that is illegal activity had photo caption of (tck lit) saying my phone securty needs to be better and now has been deleted magically

In all honesty this game was one of the best I’d played in years searching for a game similar to endless online over 10-12 years ago. I was hooked for 2/3 days straight. Until… I found out it’s pay to win. It’s not fully pay to win but the fact you can purchase in game items for real money and sell them completely killed this for me. You still have to grind mobs to level but the in game purchases took the whole fun out of grinding for better items. It ended up literally just being a mob grinding game with no reward. I can spend £1.79 and get practically the best gear in the game. I heard this game never used to be this way so it’s dissapointing you chose this path because this game had real potential. I would’ve happily just paid a subscription to the game monthly instead. I would massively recommend setting up a server with no purchases and new characters , a subscription instead, or just keep the purchases to cosmetic items only. Either way i won’t be playing anymore. Literally just grinding mobs with no reward 🤷🏻‍♂️
