Fun and supportive

I’ve used this app for our first pregnancy and would definitely recommend it if you want something undemanding that you can check in with every week. It’s written playfully with the ‘modern lumberjack’ kind of weekly storytelling throughout - some may dislike that but I enjoyed it as a break from a lot of literature out there which is understandably written with Mum in mind. Other features I liked were the Log for photos of your pregnancy - I’ve just ordered our printed journal - the trimester checklists and Survival Mode. The contraction counter was really useful when the big moment came in the middle of the night. Great little app, not afraid to be ‘manly’ (or at least pretend to be) and it’ll always be part of our first steps into parenthood.

Very fun and useful

I’ve been using this app since week 12 and must say it is the single most useful app a dad-to-be could have.
Funny and informative, easy to use and just love the customisable final page is a great touch.
The only issue I currently have is that I am unable to share the final page from the app, only sends the name of the file, not the page itself. Despite this I would’ve been more than happy to pay for this application, if I it wouldn’t be free.
Well done, hats off.

Developer Response ,

Thanks for the review, glad you like the app! For the sharing the image on the final page, is the “Save Image” button available after you click the Share button in the app? Then the image should save to your camera roll. If not, feel free to reach out to contact@daddyup.com so we can troubleshoot.

Extra and review

I love this app and have used it all the way through my misses pregnancy and have given us great knowledge and ideas as it’s our first baby I would also like to add to make this app even more better than it already is is by adding a function to be able to add videos to the journal.
