Daily Butt Workout contains three 5 to 10 minute daily butt and leg routines that step you through thirty of the best lower body exercises you can do in the comfort of your own home. This workout is developed and demonstrated by a certified personal trainer, and spending just minutes a day can strengthen and tone your butt and legs.

The routine's simple interface, complete with video and timer, allows you to easily follow along and understand each exercise.

My fave app

Can't recommend this app enough. I have a young child and love that I can squeeze in the exercises early morning (and she also enjoys telling me which exercise I should be doing and has a go herself!) or in the evening watching tv or in my lunch break. I have been using the app for over 6 months and the results are amazing. I am more toned than i have ever been and feel so much stronger. I used to do power plates and feel this app has given me even better results. More levels and variations of the exercises pretty please and maybe to music..? Def my fave app.

Very good

Had this app for a month now and results are showing. Much more definition on my pear shaped lower body. It's simple, but effective and because the longest work out is 10min, doesn't seem like hard work. Just do it often ( 3-4 times a week, every day would be even better).

Great value

I've wasted lots of money on exercise apps ad equipment down the years. This series of apps provide the best value of money by some distance. Great variety. Excellent exercises that are useful for my running. Nice, bite size workouts that I can squeeze in before work or in front of the tele. Regular updates and additions too which is always nice.
